Social Media Manager
As the Social Media Manager at Smokey Point Productions, I was responsible for managing our main account and its audience, along with our four secondary brands. For each brand, I managed accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and Duby. I was also responsible for creating the vast majority of photography and video content for the brand. Additionally, I managed a majority of the larger print projects, such as the design and production of the annual calendar, print advertisements, and display ads for websites.

About the Brand
The Smokey Point Production brand is a family business with deep roots in the community and the cannabis scene. During my employment with Smokey Point, I helped reposition the brand following a transition in leadership that changed the organization from a family-run business into a large-scale organization.
My Role & Strategy
I created strategic content for and managed our digital communities on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and Duby. I was responsible for creating the vast majority of photography and video content for the brand, in addition to managing larger print projects such as the design and production of the annual calendar, print advertisements, and display ads for websites. Our main challenge on social media stemmed from being shadow-banned, leading me to refocus and prioritize our presence on niche cannabis platforms, such as Duby, wherein we had more creative freedom. To grow our following, I focused on integrating new tools that allowed us to get around the shadow-banned and bring more awareness to our accounts.
