Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty

February 2021 - September 2021
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Realoogics Sotheby‘s International Realty, I assisted twelve clients in strategically positioning their brands across digital platforms, ranging from email marketing to social media, website upkeep, and more.
The Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty Brand
About the Brand
A top-tier real estate brokerage with a focus on creating conversations, providing cutting-edge insight, and delivering white-glove service: the agents at Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty represented the best that the Pacific Northwest has to offer, in addition to boasting global connections for the benefit of their clients.
My Role and Strategy
From Google My Business to email marketing, social media strategy, website work, and blogging, my position allowed me to analyze my client’s branding and find unique niches that allowed them to stand out, delivering results that yielded above the industry average.
Website
While I managed websites for the vast majority of my clients, by far the project I was most thrilled to work on in this capacity was Tracy Vaughn’s website revamp. When I first brought her on, she was unhappy with her site and found it useless. As time allowed, I began to slowly rework her website into a place that would serve as a source to answer all the questions of her potential clients, acting as a source where her work could culminate online. When I presented it to her, she was simply thrilled with the whole new look I had given it, cleaning up the clutter that had once existed and providing a streamlined experience for her users.
Social Media
The majority of accounts I managed relied on organic content to generate growth and engagement. As I worked with each of them, I searched for unique facets of their businesses that would set them apart. While I deployed unique strategies across each account, navigating based on their needs and individual ideal clients, a few of my favorite accounts to work on are featured below.
Brandon J Kelly
The diversity of Brandon’s audience is shaped by his careers as a realtor, a contractor, and an architect. In building his strategy, a key component was ensuring the many facets of his business tied together, portraying how they would shape his clients' experience and provide additional value.
Rocky Poulin
When I began working with Rocky, he noted that his main objective was to be approachable, offering his clients a warm appeal that mirrored the experience they would have with him. He wanted a social media presence that provided insight into who he was, in addition to the knowledge and high-class service he provided.

Newsletters
for each of my clients, newsletters were an important piece of the puzzle as they reconnected with their audiences to recap the latest events and changing tides of the market. While some, such as Jeff McDonald’s wanted to stick to strictly business, others, such as Brandon J Kelly, chose to look in personal content in an effort to strengthen and form new bonds that go beyond the typical client relationship, creating a more long lasting connect. As for Peter Phillips, my goal was to create a design that was more visually appealing, offering the viewer greater direction and pleasure with their experience.
